Aqara U200 Smart Lock: Fingerprint, PIN Code and Apple Home Key
The Aqara U200 Smart Lock fits on the inside of your door to motorise a compatible existing lock.
- Fingerprint recognition: unlock using the reader on the external keypad.
- PIN codes: grant access to authorised users.
- Apple home key: hold a compatible iPhone or Apple Watch near the keypad after setting up the lock in Apple Home.

Aqara G410 Video Doorbell: 2K Video and Two-Way Audio
The Aqara G410 Video Doorbell lets you view your entrance and speak to visitors using two-way audio.
It offers up to 2K video, infrared night vision, radar-based presence detection and local facial recognition.
The G410 also supports Apple HomeKit Secure Video, with a maximum resolution of 1200p in this mode. Recording to iCloud requires an iCloud+ subscription and a compatible Apple home setup.
Connected Access Control for Your Front Door
When someone rings the doorbell, view the live video and speak to them before deciding whether to unlock the door. Once remote access is configured, you can control the U200 through a compatible app.
The G410’s indoor chime hub includes a Matter Controller and Thread Border Router. Device pairing and available controls depend on the app and software versions used.
Installation: Check Your Door and Lock Compatibility
The U200 can work with your existing cylinder if it meets the compatibility requirements. For a Euro-profile cylinder installation with a key left inside, check that the cylinder has an emergency function, also known as a double-clutch function. This allows the door to be unlocked from outside while a key remains inserted on the inside.
Check the dimensions, mounting clearance and mechanical operation of your lock before purchasing. The cylinder may need replacing if it is unsuitable.

Yes. Apple home key lets you unlock by holding a compatible iPhone or Apple Watch near the external keypad, once the required Apple setup is complete.
Can I see a visitor and unlock the door remotely?
Yes, with a compatible setup and an Internet connection. Whether the lock control appears directly on the live video screen depends on the app used.
How are the devices powered?
The U200 lock uses a rechargeable battery. Its external keypad runs on four AAA batteries or a compatible wired power supply.
The G410 doorbell runs on six AA batteries or a suitable 12–24 V AC or DC external power supply. Do not connect it directly to mains electricity.
Does the G410 record continuously on battery power?
No. Continuous recording requires wired power and suitable storage. Local recordings can be stored on a microSD card, sold separately.
