2.2-inch LCD screen, history, and integrated calibration

The current temperature is displayed in real-time on the 2.2-inch LCD screen directly on the device, without opening the application. The SNZB-02LD stores up to six months of readings history in eWeLink, viewable by day, week, month, or half-year, and exportable as CSV for detailed spreadsheet analysis. A calibration function allows adjusting temperature readings directly from the application to compensate for any measurement discrepancies and improve accuracy depending on the monitored environment.

Robust design and threshold automations

The screen housing is splash-resistant and suitable for humid environments, making it ideal for kitchens, laundry rooms, and technical areas. Smart scenes are automatically triggered when the temperature exceeds a defined threshold to activate cooling equipment, an alert, or emergency heating, making this module both a protection and monitoring tool.

Universal home automation integration (Home Assistant, Alexa, Google)

Paired with a compatible Zigbee gateway, the SNZB-02LD can send its temperature measurements to Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, IFTTT, and Home Assistant to trigger automations or monitor temperature variations remotely. Can the probe be directly immersed in a liquid? Yes, only the waterproof metal probe at the end of the 1.5 m cable is designed to be immersed to measure temperature in liquids (aquariums, tanks, reservoirs, cooling systems). Warning: the main housing with the LCD screen is IP65 rated (splash and rain resistant), it must under no circumstances be immersed or exposed to submersion.

Is the SONOFF SNZB-02LD compatible with Home Assistant? Yes. The SONOFF SNZB-02LD can be integrated into Home Assistant via ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT when paired with a compatible Zigbee coordinator, such as the SONOFF ZBDongle-P or ZBDongle-E. Temperature measurements can then be used in dashboards, alerts, and local automations.
