Shelly 2PM Gen4: The Multi-Protocol Dual Channel Module with Power Consumption Measurement (Wi-Fi 6, Zigbee 3.0 & Matter) Compact (37 × 42 × 16 mm), the Shelly 2PM Gen4 is easily installed behind your existing wall switches. Capable of managing two independent electrical circuits (up to 10A per channel, 16A total) or a bi-directional roller shutter motor, it integrates Wi-Fi 6, Zigbee 3.0, Bluetooth 5.0 and Matter certification. You choose the protocol best suited to your home automation ecosystem without changing your equipment. Important: This module requires wiring with Live and Neutral (110-240V AC or 24V DC).
Automatically open and close your roller shutters, manage the tilt of your Venetian blinds
In roller shutter mode, the 2PM Gen4 controls a bidirectional motor from your phone, a time schedule, or a voice command. Up in the morning, down in the evening, intermediate position according to brightness: everything is automated effortlessly. For Venetian blinds, the slat tilt angle is adjustable directly from the application to precisely control the light entering the room. Gates, awnings, and motorized curtains work on the same principle with the 2PM Gen4.
Monitor the consumption of each circuit, in real time and for free
The integrated voltmeter and ammeter independently measure the consumption of each channel, with a history stored free of charge in the Shelly cloud to analyze trends over time. The internal temperature sensor continuously monitors relay heating and triggers an automatic shutdown in case of overheating. The Shelly 2PM Gen4 dual channel Matter relay module also acts as a Wi-Fi and Zigbee repeater to improve network coverage in areas far from your router, and as a Bluetooth gateway for compatible sensors.
Scripts, local scenes, and automations that still work without internet
Local schedules, scenes, and actions are executed directly on the device without going through the cloud, ensuring that your blinds and lights continue to function automatically even in the event of an internet outage. The 2PM Gen4 supports custom scripts, 20 webhooks with 5 URLs per trigger, MQTT, HTTPS, and WebSocket for advanced integrations with Home Assistant or other home automation platforms. It accepts 110-240V AC or 24V DC power supply depending on the configuration.
FAQ
Does the Shelly 2PM Gen4 work with Apple HomeKit without complex configuration?
Yes. Thanks to its Matter certification, the Shelly 2PM Gen4 pairs directly in the Apple Home app (via a Matter controller such as a HomePod or Apple TV) for native control via Siri, without requiring complex integration.
Can the 2PM Gen4 be used only for two lighting circuits, without a roller shutter?
Yes, roller shutter mode is optional. In classic switching mode, each channel independently controls one circuit up to 10A (16 A total). You choose the mode during configuration in the application.
Is power consumption measurement available on both channels simultaneously?
Yes, each channel has its own voltmeter and ammeter that independently measure real-time consumption, allowing you to track the consumption of two different devices separately from the same interface.
