SAWATELL Shipping Protection

SAWATELL offers customers an optional Shipping Protection service, available when reviewing their cart.

What does it cover?

Shipping Protection provides simplified and priority handling by SAWATELL in the event of loss or damage to the parcel during transit.

In the event of a covered incident, the customer should contact SAWATELL as soon as possible, providing the order number and, where necessary, supporting information such as photographs of the parcel, photographs of the damaged product and tracking information.

After reviewing the claim, SAWATELL may, depending on the circumstances and product availability, provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Price

The price of Shipping Protection is displayed in the cart before the order is placed. This service is optional and may be enabled or disabled by the customer.

Important

SAWATELL Shipping Protection is an optional additional service. It does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

In particular, where the carrier is offered by SAWATELL, the risk of loss or damage remains with the seller until the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
