G410 Video Doorbell: See and Speak to Visitors
The Aqara G410 Video Doorbell delivers up to 2K video, a 175° field of view and infrared night vision.
Radar-based presence detection and local facial recognition help you keep track of visitors. Two-way audio lets you speak to someone at your door from your smartphone.
Install the doorbell in a sheltered entrance, following the manufacturer’s instructions. The chime hub must remain indoors.
G5 Pro Outdoor Camera: Colour Night Vision and Smart Detection
The Aqara G5 Pro Outdoor Camera records at up to 2.6K resolution, or 4 megapixels, with a 133° field of view. True Color Night Vision and a built-in spotlight help capture your surroundings in low-light conditions.
On-device AI supports detection of people, vehicles, animals and packages. Configure alerts to suit the area you want to monitor.
Its IP65-rated housing and −30°C to +50°C operating temperature range support outdoor installation when mounted according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Position it towards a garden, garage or driveway to complement the doorbell’s view.
G5 Pro Wi-Fi or PoE: Choose the Right Connection
Check which variant is offered in your bundle before ordering:
- G5 Pro Wi-Fi: connects over 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi and uses USB-C power.
- G5 Pro PoE: connects over Ethernet and can receive power through the same network cable when used with compatible Power over Ethernet equipment.
Both versions require a continuous power supply. The Wi-Fi model is not battery-powered.
Local Storage and Video Recording
Each device has its own storage options:
- G410: supports a microSD card up to 512 GB, sold separately, installed in the indoor chime hub. Continuous recording requires wired power to the doorbell.
- G5 Pro: uses built-in eMMC storage, with capacity depending on the model. It has no microSD card slot. NAS backup and RTSP streaming are also supported.
Local storage does not require a cloud subscription. Paid cloud services are optional, with features depending on the selected plan.
Aqara Home and Apple HomeKit Secure Video
Both devices support Apple HomeKit Secure Video. Recording to iCloud requires an iCloud+ subscription and a compatible Apple home setup.
Video resolution and available features vary by app. For the G410, Aqara specifies a maximum resolution of 1200p when using HomeKit Secure Video.
Built-in hub functions also let you add compatible smart home accessories. Video integrations with Apple Home, Google Home and Alexa depend on the features supported by each platform.

Can both devices be exposed to rain?
